U.s. 7 16″ round knitting needles
US 7 double pointed needles

Basic Easy Baby Hat Knitting Design Instructions
Using long-tail bandage on, cast on 72 stitches onto your circular needles. Join to knit in the circular and knit 1 sew, purl i sew in a rib stitch for iv rounds. And so knit all rounds until the lid is about 5 inches long.
Decrease (divide the stitches between 3 double pointed needles and knit with the 4th):
Round 1: (k6, k2tog) repeat to the cease of the circular
Circular two: Knit all stitches
Round 3: (k5, k2tog) repeat to the end of the round
Circular 4: Knit all stitches
Round 5: (k4, k2tog) repeat to the end of the circular
Circular 6: Knit all stitches to the terminate of the round.
Round vii: (k3, k2tog) repeat to the end of the round
Round 8: Knit all stitches to the end of the round
Circular 9: (k2, k2tog) repeat to the end of the round
Rounds 10: Knit all stitches
Round 11: (k1, k2tog) repeat to the end of the round
Circular 12: k2tog echo to the end of the circular
Cutting yarn, thread on yarn needle, pull through loops and shut. Weave in ends.
